Quick and Easy Barbecued Chicken
2 pounds chicken drummettes (upper part of wing)
½ cup chili sauce
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon honey

A 10 inch nonstick skillet
First rinse the chicken in cold running water and pat dry with
paper towel. Then put the drummettes in the skillet and set to one
side.
Next in a bowl, mix together the chili sauce, soy sauce, cayenne
pepper, dry mustard and the pepper. Then spoon this mixture over
the chicken.
Now heat to boiling, then reduce the heat, cover and, stirring
occasionally, cook over a medium-low heat for about 20 to 25 minutes
or until the chicken is cooked through.
