Gold Nuggets
4 whole skinless and boneless chicken breasts
½ cup melted butter
½ cup fine breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chopped basil
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
1 teaspoon salt
you will also need
Baking sheet
Aluminum foil
First of all rinse the chicken under cold running water and pat
dry with paper towel. Then cut the chicken into bite-size pieces
and set to one side.
Now line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, grate the cheese, finely
chop the thyme and basil; then in a saucepan gently melt the butter.
Next, in a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, the parmesan cheese,
the salt, the thyme and the basil; and preheat the oven to 400°F.
Then remove the melted butter from the heat and take a piece of
chicken, on a fork or skewer, and dip it into the melted butter,
then into the breadcrumb mixture.
Now place the coated chicken piece onto the foil-lined baking sheet,
and then repeat the dipping process with the remaining chicken pieces.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the chicken nuggets are cooked
through. Delicious.
